I'm still trying to decide what I think of this novel. I really really loved 'The Time Traveler's Wife,' but this story was much, much different. At times, the complicated storyline was distracting from the overall beauty of the novel. Although I can see that it was very well crafted and laid out - similar to Time Traveler - because all the little minutia throughout the book is dependent upon each other. Nothing is haphazard. It's a real thinking book - not fluffy Chick Lit by any means. I'm going to say that it's an incredible novel, but it disturbs rather than comforts. You have to be up for that kind of novel.
