My mother and I started an exercise class this evening and it was a nice, easy class of pilates to ease into more frequent exercise. I used to swim almost every day, however that hasn't happened in a while, and I really miss it. I'm not a fitness enthusiast by any means, and I'm definitely not someone who enjoys classes with other people - I'm more of a solo act. But it's just ten weeks. Let's give it a try. Even if it means being stuck in a class with people I don't necessarily enjoy - it's only temporary.
