Image taken by me, Sept 2011, Clarendon, QC
This picture is one of those times I wish I had a better camera. But I took this picture on an evening that I was in desperate need for a drive out of the place I had been - cooped up all day, sick, yucky, just needing space to break the cabin fever. It didn't matter what came of the shot, it just mattered that I made do. I was thankful that I could appreciate that moment I was watching with whatever I had with me: be it just my eyes, or a simple camera. It helped me to realize that we don't need the trappings of modern life to appreciate the things which are permanent.
