When I was in high school - I think it was grade nine - one of our art projects was to create a papercut print. Of course, ours were all very rudimentary, and it was a mere introduction into the use of negative space, however after reading a bit from the book, Handmade Nation, I had a brief reintroduction as one of the featured artists preferred this medium. So I went about the internet to search out some papercut artwork, and surprise... there's a lot of it out there! Makes me want to take a stab at it again! The website where I found these examples is here, but there are also great prints for sale on Etsy.
